What is your refund/return policy? You can cancel an order and receive a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase. Due to the highly personalized nature of our accessories, they cannot be exchanged or refunded after receiving, unfortunately. 

What is your warranty? We offer a lifetime warranty. Although highly-unlikely, if a stitch were to break, for example, we'll repair or replace your accessory free of charge. Please note, our warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear. 

What is your care policy? We offer lifetime leather care at no charge: we will clean and freshen up your leather accessory for the duration of its life. Simply mail it to us, and we'll take care of it!

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Interac, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Do you ship anywhere in the world? Yes, we ship internationally. 

How do I know if Leone Leather received my order? You will receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes of ordering.

What do I do if I have questions about my order? Please send us a note using the Contact form.

How do I care for my leather accessory?  You can wipe your item with a soft, dry cloth to keep it free from dirt and grime. Do not apply detergents or harsh chemicals to the leather. For more information check out our article.
