Refunds & Returns

You can cancel an order and receive a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase. Due to the highly personalized nature of the accessories, they cannot be exchanged or returned, unfortunately. That said, I will work tirelessly to make sure you're 110% satisfied!

Currency & Payments

All prices listed on this site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Purchases made in the USA will still be charged CAD and converted into USD. CAD is almost always cheaper than USD.

All prices on leoneleather.com are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include shipping and tax.

I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay!

Warranty & Care

I offer a lifetime warranty. Although highly-unlikely, if there is ever an issue I'll repair or replace your accessory free of charge. Please note, the warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear (although I'm sure you'll take good care of it!)

The most important way to maintain your handmade leather wallet is through regular conditioning, polishing, and waterproofing, which you should perform every 3 - 6 months. This care is a proactive way to improve the appearance of your leather by keeping it healthy, supple and to prevent any damage. There are many excellent products on the market made specifically for your type of leather accessory. I recommend Saphir Renovateur Cream, which can be rubbed into the leather with a dry cloth while removing any excess.
